The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Foard Tigers (Newton, NC) and the visiting North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC), saw Foard's soccer squad knock off North Iredell by a margin of 2-0.

The Tigers now sport a 9-7 record. They play next when they travel to St. Stephens for a Western Foothills 3A test on Thursday, May 2. Foard will meet a Indians squad coming off a 7-0 league win over Statesville (Statesville, NC). The Indians record now stands at 6-6.

With the loss, North Iredell drops to 7-9 on the season. The Raiders host North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC) to meet the Knights in a Western Foothills 3A test on Thursday, May 2. The Knights come into the test with a record of 7-8. North Lincoln won 1-0 in their recent league test against West Iredell (Statesville, NC)
