The Great Bridge Wildcats crushed the host Indian River Braves baseball team by a count of 17-4 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 7-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to King's Fork for a non-league bout on Thursday, May 2. Great Bridge will face a Bulldogs team coming off a 13-2 non-league loss to Western Branch (Chesapeake, VA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-7.
Next, the Braves face the Oscar Smith Tigers (Chesapeake, VA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, May 2. Indian River will attempt to move on its 1-7 season record. The Tigers enter the bout with a 1-10 record after their 15-0 non-league loss to Grassfield (Chesapeake, VA).
