The King Academy Knights softball team scored 16 runs and limited the visiting Mead Hall Episcopal School Panthers to 1 in the Knights non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, King Academy improves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Knights host South Aiken Baptist Christian (Aiken, SC) to clash with the CRUSADERS in a non-league game on Monday, May 6. The CRUSADERS come into the game with a record of 3-9. South Aiken Baptist Christian lost 23-4 in their recent non-league game against Ben Lippen (Columbia, SC)

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Jefferson Davis Academy Raiders (Blackville, SC) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 2. Mead Hall Episcopal School will attempt to improve on its 4-10 season record. The Raiders come into the game with a 2-1 record after their 7-1 non-league win over South Aiken Baptist Christian (Aiken, SC).
