In Tuesday's league challenge, the host Lincoln Fighting Zebras softball squad scored a good 25-11 win over the Placer Hillmen.
The Fighting Zebras now own a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Ponderosa for a challenge on Monday, May 6.
With the loss, Placer falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Hillmen host Nevada Union (Grass Valley, CA) to face the Miners in a challenge on Thursday, May 2. The Miners enter the challenge with a record of 3-8. Nevada Union lost 8-7 in their recent league challenge against West Park (Roseville, CA)
