Utah High School Softball - Lone Peak thwarted by American Fork

The Lone Peak Knights softball team (Highland, UT), was routed 11-2 in Tuesday's league test with the host American Fork Cavemen (American Fork, UT)

Coming up next, the Cavemen clash with the Pleasant Grove Vikings (Pleasant Grove, UT) in a 6A Region 3 outing, on Thursday, May 2. American Fork will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Vikings enter the outing with a 16-6 record after their 7-2 non-league win over Maple Mountain (Spanish Fork, UT).

The Knights (2-13) will now prepare for their outing against Skyridge (Lehi, UT). The Falcons enter the 6A Region 3 outing with a 4-13 record. In their last outing, Skyridge was routed by Lehi (Lehi, UT), 9-8, in a league outing.
