Beaumont School Blue Streaks (Cleveland Heights, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the host Lake Catholic Cougars (Mentor, OH), 25-5 in a league challenge.

The Blue Streaks now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they host Fairview for a non-league challenge on Thursday, May 2.

With the loss, Lake Catholic falls to 0-8 on the campaign. The Cougars host St. Joseph Academy (Cleveland, OH) to face the Jaguars in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, May 1. The Jaguars enter the challenge with a record of 5-14. St. Joseph Academy lost 12-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Holy Name (Parma Heights, OH)
