Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the Northern Burlington Greyhounds (Columbus, NJ) and the visiting Delran Bears (Delran, NJ), witnessed Northern Burlington's softball squad tip Delran by a count of 2-1.

The Greyhounds now sport a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Cinnaminson for a BCSL - Liberty match on Wednesday, May 1. Northern Burlington will meet a Pirates squad coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to Kingsway (Woolwich Township, NJ). The Pirates record now stands at 13-5.

With the loss, Delran moves to 6-7 on the season. The Bears host Bordentown (Bordentown, NJ) to meet the Scotties in a BCSL - Liberty match on Wednesday, May 1. The Scotties go into the match with a record of 8-6. Bordentown lost 4-3 in their recent league match against Burlington Township (Burlington, NJ)
