The Glenwood City Hilltoppers softball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Elmwood/Plum City Wolves to 3 in the Hilltoppers league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Glenwood City improves its record to 2-7 on the year. The Hilltoppers travel to Elk Mound (Elk Mound, WI) to clash with the Mounders in a Dunn - St. Croix game on Thursday, May 2. The Mounders come into the game with a record of 7-4. Elk Mound lost 1-0 in their recent league game against Boyceville (Boyceville, WI)

In their next game, the Wolves clash with the Durand-Arkansaw Panthers (Durand, WI) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, May 2. Elmwood/Plum City will attempt to better on its 1-10 season record. The Panthers go into the battle with a 4-8 record after their 11-3 league loss to Colfax (Colfax, WI).
