Field Falcons (Mogadore, OH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Norton Panthers (Norton, OH), 10-2 in a league challenge.

The Falcons now own a 18-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Woodridge for a Metro Athletic Conference challenge on Thursday, May 2.

With the loss, Norton falls to 9-7 on the campaign. The Panthers host Springfield (Akron, OH) to face the Spartans in a Metro Athletic Conference challenge on Wednesday, May 1. The Spartans enter the challenge with a record of 10-7. Springfield won 10-9 in their recent league challenge against Streetsboro (Streetsboro, OH)
