New York High School Softball - Island Trees tipped by Glen Cove

The Glen Cove Big Red softball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Island Trees Bulldogs to 1 in the Big Red league triumph on Tuesday.
With the triumph, Glen Cove improves its record to 3-0 on the year.
In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Baldwin Bruins (Baldwin, NY) in a Section 8 AA-1 game, on Thursday, May 2. Island Trees will attempt to improve on its 1-9 season record. The Bruins come into the game with a 0-5 record after their 10-8 non-league loss to Lynbrook (Lynbrook, NY).
