Glenbrook South Titans (Glenview, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Glenbrook North Spartans (Northbrook, IL), 4-2 in a league challenge.

The Titans now own a 11-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to New Trier for a Central Suburban - South challenge on Thursday, May 2. Glenbrook South will battle a Trevians squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Highland Park (Highland Park, IL). The Trevians record now stands at 8-9.

With the loss, Glenbrook North falls to 9-11 on the campaign. The Spartans host Maine South (Park Ridge, IL) to battle the Hawks in a Central Suburban - South challenge on Thursday, May 2. The Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 13-2. Maine South won 4-0 in their recent league challenge against Evanston (Evanston, IL)
