The Lakeside Dragons softball team (Ashtabula, OH), was routed 29-19 in Tuesday's non-league test with the visiting Grand Valley Mustangs (Orwell, OH)

Coming up next, the Mustangs encounter the Kirtland Hornets (Kirtland, OH) in a Chagrin Valley - Valley test, on Wednesday, May 1. Grand Valley will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Hornets come into the test with a 1-12 record after their 7-2 league loss to Crestwood (Mantua, OH).

The Dragons (0-13) will now prepare for their test against Edgewood (Ashtabula, OH). The Warriors come into the Chagrin Valley - Lake test with a 10-3 record. In their last test, Edgewood overcame Independence (Independence, OH), 4-0, in a non-league test.
