The John Paul II Golden Warrriors (Ridgeland, SC) softball routed the visiting Patrick Henry Academy Patriots (Estill, SC), 9-1 in Tuesday's non-league bout.
The Golden Warrriors (5-3) will now prepare for their bout against Cross (Bluffton, SC). The Stingrays go into the non-league bout with a 9-5 record. In their last bout, Cross toppled Andrew Jackson Academy (Ehrhardt, SC), 4-3, in a non-league bout.
The Patriots now possess a 4-10 record. They play next when they travel to Jefferson Davis Academy for a non-league bout on Monday, May 6.
