The Oak Forest Bengals softball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Lemont Lemont HS to 7 in the Bengals league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Oak Forest improves its record to 16-4 on the year. The Bengals travel to Oak Lawn (Oak Lawn, IL) to clash with the Spartans in a South Suburban game on Thursday, May 2. The Spartans come into the game with a record of 13-10. Oak Lawn won 8-1 in their recent league game against Evergreen Park (Evergreen Park, IL)

In their next game, the Lemont HS clash with the Sandburg Eagles (Orland Park, IL) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, May 1. Lemont will attempt to improve on its 14-5 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 13-6 record after their 7-3 league win over Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL).
