Littleton Crusaders (Littleton, NH) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Lin-Wood Lumberjacks (Lincoln, NH), 17-9 in a league challenge.

The Crusaders now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gorham for a Division IV challenge on Wednesday, May 1. Littleton will battle a Huskies squad coming off a 12-0 league loss to Colebrook Academy (Colebrook, NH). The Huskies record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Lin-Wood falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Lumberjacks host Pittsburg (Pittsburg, NH) to battle the Panthers in a Division IV challenge on Wednesday, May 1. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 3-0. Pittsburg won 21-6 in their recent league challenge against Lisbon (Lisbon, NH)
