The Moline Maroons routed the host Quincy Blue Devils softball squad by a final score of 14-1 in Tuesday's league battle.

The Maroons (10-6) will now prepare for their battle against Geneseo (Geneseo, IL). The Maple Leafs go into the Western Big 6 battle with a 13-10 record. In their last battle, Geneseo notched a victory over Galesburg (Galesburg, IL), 12-0, in a league battle.

The Blue Devils now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they travel to Alleman for a Western Big 6 battle on Wednesday, May 1. Quincy will confront a Pioneers squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to Rock Island (Rock Island, IL). The Pioneers record now stands at 4-15.
