The Conner Cougars baseball team scored 9 runs and held the visiting Cooper Jaguars to 4 in the Cougars league win on Wednesday.

The Cougars now own a 13-13 record. They take the field next when they travel to Archbishop Moeller for a non-league test on Thursday, May 1. Conner will play a Fighting Crusaders team coming off a 11-0 league win over La Salle (Cincinnati, OH). The Fighting Crusaders record now stands at 12-2.

With the defeat, Cooper drops to 7-13 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Bellevue (Bellevue, KY) to play the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, May 2. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 10-11. Bellevue won 14-3 in their recent non-league test against Holmes (Covington, KY)
