Maryland High School Baseball - Our Lady of Mount Carmel nipped by Glenelg Country

Glenelg Country Dragons (Ellicott City, MD) fans left the game pleased Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad nip the host Our Lady of Mount Carmel Cougars (Baltimore, MD), 8-7 in a league match.
With the triumph, Glenelg Country advances its record to 7-14 on the season. The Dragons host St. Paul's (Brooklandville, MD) to battle the Crusaders in a MIAA B Red match on Friday, May 2. The Crusaders come into the match with a record of 8-6. St. Paul's won 6-4 in their recent league match against Severn School (Severna Park, MD)
The Cougars now have a 7-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Severn School for a MIAA B Red match on Monday, May 5. Our Lady of Mount Carmel will battle a Admirals squad coming off a 10-8 league win over McDonogh (Owings Mills, MD). The Admirals record now stands at 17-3.
