The Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons baseball team scored 12 runs and held the host Northeast Metro RVT Knights to 2 in the Gryphons league win on Wednesday.

The Gryphons now hold a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Tyngsborough for a non-league test on Friday, May 2. Greater Lowell Tech will play a Tigers team coming off a 8-7 league loss to Clinton (Clinton, MA). The Tigers record now stands at 0-8.

With the defeat, Northeast Metro RVT drops to 2-8 on the year. The Knights host Revere (Revere, MA) to play the Patriots in a non-league test on Friday, May 2. The Patriots go into the test with a record of 3-4. Revere won 1-0 in their recent league test against Lynn Classical (Lynn, MA)
