The Simley Spartans baseball squad (Inver Grove Heights, MN), was overwhelmed 14-9 in Wednesday's league contest with the host Hill-Murray Pioneers (Maplewood, MN)
With the triumph, Hill-Murray moves its record to 7-2 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Hastings (Hastings, MN) to confront the Raiders in a Classic Suburban contest on Thursday, May 1. The Raiders come into the contest with a record of 2-5.
The Spartans now possess a 4-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host South St. Paul for a Classic Suburban contest on Thursday, May 1. Simley will confront a Packers squad coming off a 7-2 league win over North (North St. Paul, MN). The Packers record now stands at 5-4.
