New Mexico High School Baseball - Santa Fe loses to Manzano

In Wednesday's league bout, the Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) baseball squad the visiting Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM), by a tally of 9-5.

Next up, the Monarchs encounter the Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM) in a 5A District 2 bout, on Saturday, May 3. Manzano will attempt to upgrade on its 10-12 season record. The Jaguars enter the bout with a 12-12 record after their 11-1 league loss to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM).

The Demons (5-19) will now prepare for their bout against Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM). The Golden Eagles enter the 5A District 2 bout with a 17-7 record. In their last bout, Eldorado edged Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM), 7-4, in a non-league bout.
