In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Newark Academy Minutemen baseball team scored a nice 20-0 win over the Newark Central Blue Devils.
The Minutemen (8-3) will now prepare for their game against Millburn (Millburn, NJ). The Millers go into the non-league game with a 6-8 record. In their last game, Millburn was overwhelmed by Delbarton (Morristown, NJ), 12-1, in a non-league game.
Next, the Blue Devils play the East Orange Campus Jaguars (East Orange, NJ) in a non-league game, on Thursday, May 1. Newark Central will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Jaguars go into the game with a 1-5 record after their 19-4 league loss to Newark Tech (Newark, NJ).
