Pennsylvania High School Baseball - Smethport loses to Northern Potter

Northern Potter Panthers (Ulysses, PA) followers left the game satisfied Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Smethport Hubbers (Smethport, PA), 15-5 in a league match.

With the triumph, Northern Potter moves its record to 3-8 on the season. The Panthers travel to Cowanesque Valley (Westfield, PA) to confront the Indians in a non-league match on Saturday, May 3. The Indians come into the match with a record of 11-1. Cowanesque Valley won 13-1 in their recent league match against Williamson (Tioga, PA)

The Hubbers now possess a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cameron County for a Northern Allegany match on Friday, May 2. Smethport will confront a Raiders squad coming off a 5-4 league win over Otto-Eldred (Duke Center, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-6.
