The Sandwich Indians baseball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Woodstock North Thunder to 3 in the Indians league win on Wednesday.

The Indians now hold a 11-11 record. They take the field next when they host Lisle for a non-league test on Thursday, May 1. Sandwich will play a Lions team coming off a 10-4 league loss to Wilmington (Wilmington, IL). The Lions record now stands at 1-17.

With the defeat, Woodstock North drops to 8-11 on the year. The Thunder travel to Woodstock (Woodstock, IL) to play the Blue Streaks in a Kishwaukee River test on Monday, May 5.
