In Wednesday's league game, the visiting Whitnall Falcons baseball team scored a close 11-4 victory over the Shorewood Greyhounds.

The Falcons (10-2) will now prepare for their game against Greendale (Greendale, WI). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 5-7 record. In their last game, Greendale held off New Berlin West (New Berlin, WI), 6-4, in a league game.

Next, the Greyhounds face the New Berlin Eisenhower Lions (New Berlin, WI) in a non-league game, on Friday, May 2. Shorewood will attempt to improve on its 8-4 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 10-2 record after their 5-1 league win over Pius XI Catholic (Milwaukee, WI).
