In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Jefferson Grizzlies volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Capuchino Mustangs.

The Grizzlies (6-13) will now prepare for their challenge against Sequoia (Redwood City, CA). The Ravens enter the PAL - Ocean challenge with a 16-11 record. In their last challenge, Sequoia was beaten by East Palo Alto Academy (East Palo Alto, CA), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs meet the El Camino Colts (South San Francisco, CA) in a PAL - Ocean challenge, on Friday, May 2. Capuchino will attempt to upgrade on its 1-9 season record. The Colts enter the challenge with a 9-8 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Mills (Millbrae, CA).
