The Homewood-Flossmoor Vikings volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Richards Bulldogs to 0 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Vikings now have a 21-5 record. They play next when they host Andrew for a Southwest Suburban outing on Thursday, May 1. Homewood-Flossmoor will play a Thunderbolts team coming off a 2-0 league win over Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL). The Thunderbolts record now stands at 11-17.

With the loss, Richards drops to 7-12 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Oak Lawn (Oak Lawn, IL) to play the Spartans in a South Suburban outing on Thursday, May 1. The Spartans come into the outing with a record of 18-7. Oak Lawn won 2-0 in their recent league outing against Evergreen Park (Evergreen Park, IL)
