The Pioneer Pioneers (Ann Arbor, MI) lacrosse nudged the host Skyline Eagles (Ann Arbor, MI), 8-7 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Pioneers now own a 4-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to South Lyon for a non-league outing on Friday, May 2. Pioneer will face a Lions squad coming off a 15-3 non-league win over Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI). The Lions record now stands at 12-0.
With the loss, Skyline falls to 2-6 on the year. The Eagles host Tecumseh (Tecumseh, MI) to face the Indians in a Division 2 Region 6 outing on Monday, May 5. The Indians go into the outing with a record of 4-6. Tecumseh won 11-6 in their recent non-league outing against Lake Fenton (Linden, MI)
