With the triumph, Aplington-Parkersburg advances its record to 9-6 on the campaign. The Falcons host Columbus (Waterloo, IA) to clash with the Sailors in a North Iowa Cedar League test on Wednesday, April 30. The Sailors come into the test with a record of 0-9.

The Dons now have a 0-8 record. They take the field next when they host Hudson for a non-league test on Friday, May 2. Don Bosco will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Wapsie Valley (Fairbank, IA). The Pirates record now stands at 14-4.
