In Wednesday's league challenge, the host Moses Brown Quakers lacrosse squad scored a tight 13-7 triumph over the Pilgrim Patriots.

The Quakers (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against North Kingstown (North Kingstown, RI). The Skippers go into the Division 1 (State) challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, North Kingstown held off South Kingstown (Wakefield, RI), 9-8, in a league challenge.

Next, the Patriots clash with the Bishop Hendricken Hawks (Warwick, RI) in a Division 1 (State) challenge, on Friday, May 2. Pilgrim will attempt to better on its 7-4 season record. The Hawks go into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 11-4 league win over Cumberland (Cumberland, RI).
