Fans at Wednesday's league contest between the Southeast Alamance Stallions (Haw River, NC) and the host Western Alamance Warriors (Elon, NC), witnessed Southeast Alamance's lacrosse squad hold off Western Alamance by a score of 9-8.

The Stallions (4-16) will now prepare for their contest against Vance Charter (Henderson, NC). The Knights enter the non-league contest with a 1-6 record.

Next, the Warriors meet the Cedar Ridge Fighting Red Wolves (Hillsborough, NC) in a Central/Mid-Carolina contest, on Friday, May 2. Western Alamance will attempt to better on its 1-15 season record. The Fighting Red Wolves enter the contest with a 8-8 record after their 4-3 league win over Eastern Alamance (Mebane, NC).
