Ohio High School Softball - David Anderson edges Wellsville

The David Anderson Blue Devils softball team scored 4 runs and held the visiting Wellsville Tigers to 2 in the Blue Devils league win on Wednesday.

The Blue Devils now possess a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Leetonia for a Eastern Ohio Athletic battle on Thursday, May 1. David Anderson will confront a Bears team coming off a 15-4 non-league loss to Liberty (Youngstown, OH). The Bears record now stands at 0-12.

With the loss, Wellsville moves to 6-11 on the season. The Tigers travel to Heartland Christian (Columbiana, OH) to confront the Lions in a non-league battle on Thursday, May 1. The Lions come into the battle with a record of 2-5. Heartland Christian lost 29-2 in their recent non-league battle against Toronto (Toronto, OH)
