The Manchester Greyhounds softball team scored 6 runs and held the host Fayetteville-Perry Rockets to 3 in the Greyhounds league win on Wednesday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fairfield for a Southern Hills Athletic battle on Monday, May 5. Manchester will confront a Lions team coming off a 2-1 league win over Eastern (Sardinia, OH). The Lions record now stands at 13-3.

With the loss, Fayetteville-Perry moves to 5-8 on the season. The Rockets host West Union (West Union, OH) to confront the Dragons in a Southern Hills Athletic battle on Thursday, May 1. The Dragons come into the battle with a record of 1-10.
