The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Wardlaw Hartridge Rams (Edison, NJ) and the host Highland Park Owls (Highland Park, NJ), observed Wardlaw Hartridge's softball team get by Highland Park by a tally of 13-6.

The Rams (8-1) will now prepare for their bout against North Plainfield (North Plainfield, NJ). The Canucks go into the non-league bout with a 9-4 record. In their last bout, North Plainfield tipped J.P. Stevens (Edison, NJ), 16-11, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Owls clash with the Keansburg Titans (Keansburg, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, May 2. Highland Park will attempt to advance on its 8-3 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 1-9 record after their 18-2 non-league loss to Ocean Township (Oakhurst, NJ).
