The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Seaforth Hawks (Pittsboro, NC) and the host Jordan-Matthews Jets (Siler City, NC), observed Seaforth's softball team get by Jordan-Matthews by a tally of 7-3.

The Hawks (13-6) will now prepare for their bout against Southeast Alamance (Haw River, NC). The Stallions go into the non-league bout with a 10-10 record. In their last bout, Southeast Alamance tipped North Moore (Robbins, NC), 8-3, in a league bout.
