In Wednesday's non-league match, the host North Dorchester Eagles softball team scored a nice 18-2 win over the Washington Jaguars.

With the triumph, North Dorchester improves its record to 11-5 on the year. The Eagles travel to Colonel Richardson (Federalsburg, MD) to face the Colonels in a Bayside - North contest on Thursday, May 1. The Colonels enter the contest with a record of 5-2.

The Jaguars now hold a 0-10 record. They play next when they travel to Cambridge-South Dorchester for a non-league contest on Friday, May 2. Washington will face a Vikings squad coming off a 14-0 non-league loss to Mardela (Mardela Springs, MD). The Vikings record now stands at 4-4.
