In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting North Plainfield Canucks softball team scored a nice 22-3 win over the Piscataway Vo-Tech Raiders.

The Canucks (7-4) will now prepare for their match against Calvary Christian (Old Bridge, NJ). The Lions come into the non-league match with a 7-0 record. In their last match, Calvary Christian notched a victory over Somerset Tech (Bridgewater, NJ), 17-5, in a league match.

In their next game, the Raiders battle the Dunellen Destroyers (Dunellen, NJ) in a GMC - Silver match, on Friday, May 2. Piscataway Vo-Tech will attempt to better on its 3-7 season record. The Destroyers come into the match with a 8-5 record after their 13-2 league win over New Brunswick (New Brunswick, NJ).
