Ohio High School Softball - North Union held off by Shawnee

April 30, 2025: Richwood, OH 43344

In Wednesday's league test, the Shawnee Braves (Springfield, OH) softball squad got by the host North Union Wildcats (Richwood, OH), by a tally of 2-1.

Next, the Braves clash with the London Red Raiders (London, OH) in a non-league test, on Thursday, May 1. Shawnee will attempt to advance on its 13-2 season record. The Red Raiders go into the test with a 14-5 record after their 9-0 league loss to Kenton Ridge (Springfield, OH).

The Wildcats (10-11) will now prepare for their test against Jonathan Alder (Plain City, OH). The Pioneers go into the Central Buckeye - Kenton Trail test with a 12-9 record. In their last test, Jonathan Alder held off Tecumseh (New Carlisle, OH), 9-4, in a league test.
