The Silver Lake Regional Lakers overwhelmed the visiting Whitman-Hanson Regional Panthers softball squad by a count of 18-0 in Wednesday's league challenge.

Next, the Lakers meet the Pembroke Titans (Pembroke, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 2. Silver Lake Regional will attempt to upgrade on its 9-0 season record.

The Panthers (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Scituate (Scituate, MA). The Sailors go into the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record.
