The Aurora Houn Dawgs baseball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Seneca Indians to 0 in the Houn Dawgs league win on Thursday.

The Houn Dawgs now hold a 10-9 record. They take the field next when they host Webb City for a non-league test on Saturday, May 2. Aurora will play a Cardinals team coming off a 18-0 non-league win over Parkview (Springfield, MO). The Cardinals record now stands at 21-4.

With the defeat, Seneca drops to 11-4 on the year. The Indians host Lebanon (Lebanon, MO) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league test on Friday, May 1. The Yellowjackets go into the test with a record of 7-16. Lebanon won 11-3 in their recent league test against Waynesville (Waynesville, MO)
