The Malden Green Wave baseball team scored 17 runs and held the visiting Delta Chargers to 2 in the Green Wave non-league win on Thursday.
The Green Wave now hold a 1-18 record. They take the field next when they host Gideon for a non-league test on Thursday, May 7.
With the defeat, Delta drops to 0-5 on the year. The Chargers host Richland (Essex, MO) to play the Rebels in a non-league test on Friday, May 1. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 0-0.
