The Springfield Cougars baseball squad (Springfield, PA), 4-2 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Penncrest Lions (Media, PA)

With the triumph, Penncrest moves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Lions host Marple Newtown (Newtown Square, PA) to confront the Fightin Tigers in a non-league contest on Monday, May 4. The Fightin Tigers come into the contest with a record of 4-2.
