In Monday's non-league game, the host Central Arkansas Christian Mustangs baseball team scored a tight 4-3 victory over the Palestine-Wheatley Patriots.
The Mustangs (7-4) will now prepare for their game against Episcopal (Little Rock, AR). The Wildcats go into the 3A Region 5 game with a 0-2 record.
The Patriots (5-4) will now prepare for their game against Walnut Ridge (Walnut Ridge, AR). The Bobcats go into the non-league game with a 7-2 record.
