The Washington Rams baseball team (Phoenix, AZ), was overwhelmed 11-3 in Monday's league outing with the host Independence Patriots (Glendale, AZ)

The Patriots now hold a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Central for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 6. Independence will confront a Bobcats team coming off a 1-0 league win over Camelback (Phoenix, AZ). The Bobcats record now stands at 6-7.

Next, the Rams confront the West Point Dragons (Avondale, AZ) in a 5A Central outing, on Friday, April 8. Washington will attempt to advance on its 3-9 season record. The Dragons go into the outing with a 6-10 record after their 38-5 league win over Glendale (Glendale, AZ).
