Alabama High School Softball - Chilton County bounces Oak Mountain

The Chilton County Tigers (Clanton, AL) softball routed the host Oak Mountain Eagles (Birmingham, AL), 14-4 in Monday's non-league bout.
The Tigers (3-1) will now prepare for their bout against Helena (Helena, AL). The Huskies go into the non-league bout with a 5-4 record. In their last bout, Helena was routed by Thompson (Alabaster, AL), 4-3, in a non-league bout.
The Eagles now possess a 0-5 record. They play next when they travel to Vestavia Hills for a non-league bout on Thursday, April 7. Oak Mountain will confront a Rebels squad coming off a 6-6 non-league Tuscaloosa County (Northport, AL). The Rebels record now stands at 1-1.
