The Clairemont Chieftains softball team (San Diego, CA), was routed 9-1 in Monday's non-league test with the visiting El Capitan Vaqueros (Lakeside, CA)

Coming up next, the Vaqueros clash with the University City Centurions (San Diego, CA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, April 5. El Capitan will attempt to improve on its 5-5 season record. The Centurions come into the test with a 5-4 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Torrey Pines (San Diego, CA).

The Chieftains (3-5) will now prepare for their test against Santana (Santee, CA). The Sultans come into the non-league test with a 11-2 record. In their last test, Santana overcame El Capitan (Lakeside, CA), 14-3, in a league test.
