The Gordo Green Wave softball team (Gordo, AL), was routed 11-1 in Monday's league test with the visiting American Christian Academy Patriots (Tuscaloosa, AL)
Coming up next, the Patriots encounter the Holt Ironmen (Holt, AL) in a 4A Area 6 test, on Thursday, April 7. American Christian Academy will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record. The Ironmen come into the test with a 1-8 record after their 11-6 non-league loss to Central (Tuscaloosa, AL).
The Green Wave (6-13) will now prepare for their test against South Lamar (Millport, AL). The Stallions come into the non-league test with a 6-10 record. In their last test, South Lamar was routed by Holy Spirit Catholic (Tuscaloosa, AL), 7-2, in a league test.
