Rhode Island High School Softball - Exeter-West Greenwich can't hold off Barrington

The Exeter-West Greenwich Scarlet Knights softball team (West Greenwich, RI), was tipped 5-4 in Monday's league test with the host Barrington Eagles (Barrington, RI)

Coming up next, the Eagles clash with the Middletown Islanders (Middletown, RI) in a Division 2 A test, on Thursday, April 7. Barrington will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Islanders come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 12-2 league win over Tiverton (Tiverton, RI).

The Scarlet Knights (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Narragansett (Narragansett, RI). The Mariners come into the Division 2 A test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Narragansett was tipped by Prout (Wakefield, RI), 17-1, in a league test.
