The Middletown Knights softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Williamsport Wildcats to 6 in the Knights league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Middletown improves its record to 5-1 on the year. The Knights host Smithsburg (Smithsburg, MD) to clash with the Leopards in a CMC game on Wednesday, April 6. The Leopards come into the game with a record of 0-2. Smithsburg lost 27-9 in their recent league game against Brunswick (Brunswick, MD)

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the Spring Mills Cardinals (Martinsburg, WV) in a non-league game, on Monday, April 11. Williamsport will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Cardinals go into the battle with a 3-10 record after their 7-5 non-league win over Grafton (Grafton, WV).
