The North Point Eagles softball team scored 9 runs and limited the host Patuxent Panthers to 2 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, North Point improves its record to 3-3 on the year. The Eagles host Westlake (Waldorf, MD) to clash with the Wolverines in a Southern Maryland game on Wednesday, April 6. The Wolverines come into the game with a record of 0-4. Westlake lost 12-0 in their recent league game against La Plata (La Plata, MD)

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Stone Cougars (Waldorf, MD) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, April 6. Patuxent will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Cougars come into the game with a 1-4 record after their 7-4 non-league loss to Great Mills (Great Mills, MD).
